This event was a collaboration with WECE and GRiP (Generational Relief in Prosthetics) to raise money for GRiP's Adapt-a-thon. The Adapt-a-thon is an annual event where students work together to adapt and donate toys for children who have upper limb deficiencies. Adapt-a-thon gives back to the community during the holiday season while allowing students the opportunity to develop their soldering and wiring skills.

At the bake-off IEEE members donated homemade baked goods to be judged by other students who could purchase tickets to try the goods and vote on which was the best! The proceeds from our bake-off were donated to the Adapt-a-thon.

With the help of the money raised from this event, the Adapt-a-thon was able to donate 75 toys to Wheelchairs 4 Kids and the Boston Children's Hospital!

Date: Tuesday, October 18th, 4:00 - 7:00 PM
